My family and I stayed at Guest House 32 for 2 nights. Rudi, the friendly receptionist, provided us with great information on places to visit and how to get around. The apartment was modern, clean, and in an excellent condition. The location was superb, just a minute's walk to Vitosha Boulevard and a few minutes' walk to the nearest Metro station. Would definitely use this apartment again!

The decoration of Guest House 32 was simply charming, with its vintage furniture and cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into preserving the historical building. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, allowing me to move around comfortably.

It would have been a better vacation for senior people if the hotel had more attentive staff. The children working there should have been more considerate and promptly addressed any concerns or requests from guests.

Excellent location just one block away from the main pedestrian street. the room was spacious and quiet with a large window that opened to the balcony. the staff at the reception provided helpful tips for exploring the city.

The room had a window directly connected to the kitchen, which compromised privacy and allowed noise and smells to enter. the doors did not block out much sound, leading to a noisy environment.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from NDK metro station and Vitosha Blvd. Hygiene was amazing, showers and toilets were very clean. Comfortable bed and well-equipped room. Great customer service and communication from the hosts.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the center of the city, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. There were also many historical places of interest within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel had a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection, which was great for staying connected during my business trip.

One of the downsides of my stay was the lack of a proper reception at the hotel. Since there was no reception, I had to make precise arrangements for my arrival time, which was a bit inconvenient.
